Relaunch of 100 Days Campaign - "Saksham Niveshak" – April 01, 2026, to July 09, 2026
The Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), vide its communication dated March 27, 2026, has relaunched the 100 Days Campaign - “Saksham Niveshak”, from April 01, 2026, to July 09, 2026, focusing on Shareholders whose dividends remain unclaimed, with an emphasis on KYC updation and related compliance measures. The Authority has relaunched the campaign with an expanded scope to further facilitate the direct payment of unclaimed/unpaid dividends to the rightful shareholders by the Companies.
The campaign is aimed at enhancing shareholder awareness and encouraging timely completion of KYC formalities and to facilitate the resolution of pending issues relating to unpaid/unclaimed dividend(s) to avoid the transfer of such dividend(s) and the corresponding equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) and enable investors to claim their rightful entitlements, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder.
Further, pursuant to SEBI Circulars, SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/70 dated 17 May 2023, and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated 14 December 2021, it is mandatory for all the shareholders to update their KYC details i.e., PAN, Bank Account details with MICR and IFSC, Contact details (Postal Address with pincode and Mobile Number), Specimen Signature and Choice of Nomination to ensure seamless processing of service request and corporate benefits.
Also, pursuant to SEBI Circulars, shareholders shall be eligible for dividend payment only in electronic mode. Accordingly, the Company has been sending the reminder letters to the Shareholders for updation of KYC to those Shareholders whose folios are not KYC compliant. The unpaid/unclaimed dividend(s) will be credited to the Shareholder’s bank account only after the KYC is updated.
In line with this initiative the shareholders of Bayer CropScience Limited (the Company) who have unpaid/unclaimed dividend(s) with the Company or whose KYC details have not been updated are requested to follow the below procedure:
• Download and submit the following forms –
o Form ISR-1: Duly filled and signed, with self-attested KYC documents of all holders.
o Form ISR-2: Duly filled and signed, with banker’s attestation of signature and original cancelled cheque (with name printed) or self-attested bank passbook/statement.
o Form SH-13: For adding a nominee. OR
o Form ISR-3: If you wish to opt out of nomination.

• Fill in the above-mentioned forms along with the other requisite supporting documents and lodge the same with the Company’s RTA - MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
• The mode of dispatch can be as follows:
o By Email: From your registered Email address, with e-signature/digitally signed documents, Email to kyc1@in.mpms.mufg.com.
o Online: Upload the forms duly filled and e-signed along with self-attested supporting documents via MUFG’s portal: https://in.mpms.mufg.com/
The shareholders holding shares in dematerialised form are requested to contact their respective Depository Participants (DPs) to update their KYC details and submit the self-attested copy of updated Client Master List (CML) (not older than 2 months) to Company’s RTA to claim the unpaid/unclaimed dividend(s), if any.
The shareholders whose unpaid/unclaimed dividend(s) and shares are transferred to IEPF are requested to visit the Company’s website - https://www.bayer.in/en-in/investors/investor-related-information/unclaimed-dividends for details of unpaid/unclaimed dividend(s) and shares transferred to IEPF and visit the IEPF website - www.iepf.gov.in for claiming procedure. The shareholders of the Company are requested to kindly submit the documents on or before July 09, 2026.
