Employees Speak
At Bayer, everyone is a talent. The fact that my voice is being heard irrespective of my gender, opinions are been taken before decisions and over and above the constant appreciation and recognition keeps me motivated and i strive to do that extra bit for the organization.
Thanks to the MGML program, I got the opportunity to closely interact and learn from senior colleagues, acquire people and leadership skills, understand and appreciate the roles of other functions and see the 'big picture' of the business as a whole. It surely provides a great platform for talented leaders to flourish.
Today, when I look back at my 24 years with Bayer, I don't think there could have been a better way in which I could have quenched my thirst of science while I continue to contribute my best to the company’s mission of 'Science For A Better Life.'
We embrace and encourage our employees’ unique identities
